Who I am
I have been a caregiver since I was seventeen. In addition to a career in the nursing field, I have worked as an ordained minister, Reiki master, spiritual healer, and energy worker. I’ve had the honor and privilege to work in palliative and end-of-life care for over fifteen years.
I am also a mama to a little girl, wildlife rehabilitator, yoga practitioner, writer, healer, and a student of life.
I love to explore different philosophies and experiential viewpoints. I try to keep an open mind and stay curious about new ideas, ways of doing things, and living.
My greatest practice is to release attachment and clinging to expectation.
I find peace walking in nature, enjoy reading, and having tea with dear friends and loved ones. I feel most alive when I discover new ideas, theories and life practices that I can use and share with those who benefit from them.
